LIMITED ONSITE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
LABOUR
The work done by MINSTECH staff is warranted for a period of 60 days. Should the repair fail during this time we will return to the site and provide all labor and travel time to ensure the problem has been solved. We request that you cover travel expenses and ensure no onsite repair attempts are made, as this can potentially exacerbate the issue. If additional problems are identified beyond those noted in the initial service call, and extra parts are required, you will be invoiced for these additional costs.
PARTS
Replacement parts, both new and refurbished, are warranted by MINSTECH for a period of six months. During this time, we will repair or replace these parts with new or refurbished items. If the work was performed by a technician not employed by MINSTECH, we may request a copy of the dated service report, signed by a customer representative, along with a copy of the technician’s certificate to be forwarded to our office with the warranty request.
MINSTECH maintains a large inventory of spare parts, enabling us to provide quick replacements for our customers. We request that failed components and parts be returned to MINSTECH at your expense. These items will be tested and analyzed to help minimize similar issues in the future. Shipping costs will only be charged to you if the parts were replaced by a source other than MINSTECH.
